I reached out to Akasha Schwalbe because I was experiencing ongoing health-related challenges, including pain throughout my body, fatigue, and a general lack of strength. Our session took place via Zoom and lasted around two hours. Prior to the session, I sent him an email describing my symptoms and concerns in detail.
After a short grounding phase, Akasha explained the structure and flow of the session. While he was working with my energy field, I kept my eyes closed and focused on the music that was playing. My body responded almost immediately to his work. It began to tremble and release tension through rhythmic movements. I felt a cool, gentle sensation, first around my neck and later in my lower abdominal area.
Once the trembling subsided, my body slowly curled forward until my head was almost resting on my knees. At one point, I had the clear sensation that my body was upside down—similar to sitting in a reversed position, like a meditating Buddha turned 180 degrees, or the way a small child experiences the world when hanging their head between their legs. It felt surprisingly pleasant and deeply calming. After a while, my entire system gradually settled again.
Following this non-verbal part of the session, we did some exercises together and discussed what Akasha had perceived during his work. At the end, he gave me specific tasks and exercises that I continue to practice at home from time to time. Step by step, I am now able to look at uncomfortable situations from my childhood and work through them, which helps me move through life with more ease.
The session with Akasha left my body feeling more relaxed and gave me a strong impulse to actively face my current challenges without overwhelming myself. I am very grateful for this experience and the opportunity it gave me.
